1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the agam62 website accessible at agam62.app, including all sub-pages, features, products, and services available thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered member account created by a User upon successful completion of the agam62 registration process.
• "Member" / "User" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform and whose Account remains in good standing.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and net winnings held within a Member's agam62 Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other incentive credits granted to a Member by agam62 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a Member from their own financial accounts, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any sports bet, casino game stake, virtual sports market entry, or any other form of real-money gameplay placed through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required of all Members as a condition of continued account access and withdrawal eligibility.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with the agam62 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms apply to all forms of use of the Platform, including but not limited to: sports betting via the agam62 Sportsbook, live casino games via agam62 Casino, slot games, virtual sports markets, mobile casino access, and any promotional or bonus activities.

3 Eligibility

Use of the agam62 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
• You are a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory in which online gambling is restricted or prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or permanently closed by agam62 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of agam62 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of agam62 Platform features, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay, you must register a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity details, email address, and an Indonesian mobile phone number.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the agam62 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. agam62 employs technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be permanently suspended and all Bonus Funds forfeited. Real Money Funds may be returned at agam62's discretion following compliance review.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your agam62 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. agam62 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Indonesian mobile number. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or an unauthorised third party — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified agam62 of a suspected security breach at [email protected].

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are obligated to keep all Account information accurate and up to date. If your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address, or bank account details — you must update your Account profile promptly. agam62 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or place Accounts under review where the registered details do not match the KYC documentation on file.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

agam62 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All Members are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal and, at agam62's discretion, before certain deposit thresholds are reached. The following documents are required:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport showing your full legal name and date of birth.
• A recent bank statement or screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by our compliance team.

agam62 may request additional documentation at any time in line with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays.

6 Deposits

agam62 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and international cards (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any account-level limits applied by agam62.
• Processing time: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your agam62 Balance instantly in normal operating conditions.
• Currency: agam62 operates exclusively in IDR. No foreign currency conversion fees are applied. Deposits made from non-IDR accounts will be converted at your bank's prevailing exchange rate before crediting.
• Third-party deposits: Strictly prohibited. agam62 will not accept deposits from payment accounts held in a name other than the registered Account holder. Such deposits will be reversed and the associated Account placed under review.

agam62 does not charge deposit fees on its side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. agam62 processes withdrawal requests within 3–15 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day including Indonesian national public holidays.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to agam62's current withdrawal limits, which may vary by Member tier, payment channel, and compliance status.
• KYC requirement: All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Wagering requirement: Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved, unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
• Pending verification: agam62 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for up to 72 hours for additional security checks. Members will be notified by email if this occurs.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

agam62 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting competitions including the EPL, Champions League, BRI Liga 1, and Piala AFF. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) and any qualifying bet restrictions (minimum odds, eligible game types) will be stated in the specific promotion terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default multiplier of 10x the bonus amount applies.

8.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been converted to Real Money Funds through the completion of wagering requirements within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account Balance without notice.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

agam62 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting pricing errors, and colluding with other Members to manipulate promotion outcomes. agam62 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently suspend Accounts where abuse is identified.

8.4 Promotional Changes

agam62 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be retrospectively altered for Members who have already opted in prior to any such change.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, virtual sports bets, and other Wagers placed on the agam62 Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of placing a Wager.

• Bets accepted by the Platform at confirmed odds are binding and may not be cancelled by the Member after acceptance, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature.
• agam62 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any single Wager at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on markets where a manifest pricing error has occurred — including odds that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices — may be voided by agam62. Members will be notified of any voided bets and the relevant stake will be returned to their Balance.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets follow standard accumulator settlement rules: all legs must be settled as winners for the bet to pay out. Any voided leg reduces the number of remaining legs accordingly.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a Wager, the agam62 trading team's decision is final. Members may raise a formal dispute within 14 days of the settlement date by contacting [email protected].

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the agam62 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to register an Account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not explicitly permitted by agam62.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion with other Members or third parties to influence the outcome of any event on which Wagers are accepted.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration or KYC process.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing agam62 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the agam62 Platform — including but not limited to the agam62 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of agam62 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe). All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of agam62.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agam62 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or network connectivity issues.
• Errors in odds publication or game settlement that are corrected pursuant to Clause 9.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where agam62 has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Decisions made in good faith by agam62's trading or compliance teams in the exercise of their rights under these Terms.

In any event, agam62's total aggregate liability to any Member under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

agam62 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein, including the sharing of data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and responsible gaming organisations where required for the operation of the Platform or compliance with applicable regulations.

agam62 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all Platform sessions and transactions, consistent with the security standards applied by major Indonesian financial institutions. Your data will never be sold to third-party marketing organisations.

14 Responsible Gaming

agam62 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty. agam62 provides the following tools to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account through the agam62 Member portal.
• Session time limits: Configure automatic session reminders and mandatory timeouts after extended play periods.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary Account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

15 Amendments

agam62 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Members' core rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — agam62 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to all registered Members and by publishing a notice on the Platform homepage.

Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the agam62 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. agam62 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated gaming platform, and these Terms are intended to reflect the standards of internationally regulated operators.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and agam62, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through agam62's internal dispute resolution process (contact: [email protected]). If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration before an internationally recognised arbitration body.
